Network Fuels provides this service subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS") that may be updated from time to time.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Network Fuels provides users access to our X-Suite Manager in order to manage accounts and publish content. Network Fuels assumes no liability for the content published.
NETWORK FUELS PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and payment data are kept private and is not shared with other businesses, except as required by law.
NATURE OF COMMUNICATIONS ON NETWORK FUELS NETWORK
When you use Network Fuels services communications are sent through Network Fuels's computer networks, portions of which are located in California, and other locations in the United States. As a result of this network architecture and the nature of electronic communications, even communications that originate in one State may pass through other States. Agreeing to this TOS, acknowledges that the use of the service results in interstate data transmissions.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE
Use of this site constitues an agreement not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including Network Fuels login and password information), use of the Service, or access to the Service.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Network Fuels reserves the right to modify or discontinue this server at any time, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice and Network Fuels shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service except as listed in existing contracts.
NETWORK FUELS' SOFTWAREAND SYSTEMS ARE PROPRIETARY
This Service ("Software") contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property and other laws. Use of the site constitues an agreement not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.
